By accessing or using the q780 platform — whether through the website at q780.pro, the mobile app or any associated service — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all users of the q780 platform, including players who have registered an account and visitors who are browsing without an account. Certain sections (such as deposit, withdrawal and bonus terms) apply only to registered account holders.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not register an account or continue using the q780 platform. Continued use of the platform after the publication of any updated version of these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

To register and use a q780 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Your q780 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to or used by any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

• You must keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential. q780 will never ask for your full password by email, phone or live chat.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify q780 support immediately. Until you report this, you remain responsible for activity on the account.
• Account details including name, date of birth and registered payment methods must be accurate. Changes to core account information require identity verification.
• q780 may request verification documents (such as a CNIC or proof of payment method) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. This is standard practice and not a reason for concern.
• Dormant accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure, with advance notice provided.

All deposits and withdrawals on q780 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and other selected mobile wallets.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All amounts are in PKR.
• q780 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside q780's control.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during normal business hours. Bank transfers may take one to two working days.
• q780 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Requests that cannot be verified may be held pending document submission.
• Funds deposited into a q780 account must be used for gaming activity. Depositing funds with no intention to play and then requesting a withdrawal may be considered suspicious activity.

q780 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including a welcome bonus, weekly reload bonus, cashback and seasonal offers such as PSL promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and will result in all bonus funds being voided.

• Once a bet is confirmed in the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Responsibility for confirming the correct selection, stake and market before placing a bet rests entirely with the player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the q780 platform. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits or attempting to process chargebacks after using funds.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any live game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, display glitches or miscalculated odds. Any winnings arising from a known technical error are not valid and will be voided.

• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
